Portsmouth Expansion

This project reimagines a small Portsmouth home for a family through a series of thoughtful additions and targeted updates. A new garage with an ADU above is carefully scaled to complement the existing house, while the kitchen is expanded to include an eat-in nook that serves as a central gathering space. The existing screened porch is refreshed to extend seasonal living, and a new primary suite at the west end of the home provides privacy and balance within the overall layout. Together, these interventions enhance functionality, improve flow, and create a cohesive relationship between old and new.
